Cancelling Subscriptions

For security and tracking purposes, all subscription cancellation requests must be submitted using the web form above. After completing the web form, you will receive an email outlining the simple steps to complete your cancellation request.

Return/Refund Requests

IMPORTANT! DO NOT send your product back to JMI without prior authorization. If you fail to follow any of the JMI guidelines clearly outlined below, we will not process your return/refund. Furthermore, JMI will refuse the package and it will be sent back to you unopened and you will have to submit a new request.

Step #1- Review the webpage (or the enrollment form) you completed to review the specific terms and conditions relating to returns/refunds. If you feel you qualify…go to Step #2.

Step #2- Obtain PRIOR-Approval for Your Return.

For security and tracking purposes, all return/refund requests must be submitted using the web form above. After completing the web form, you will receive an email outlining the information we require in order to process your request. Once we review your request, you should expect an email from us within 3-5 business days informing you whether or not your return/refund request was approved or declined (based on the initial terms and conditions of the sale.)

If your return/refund is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and provided to you in an email along with the detailed instructions on how to return the product to us. Once you receive the email…go to Step #3.

Step #3- Return the Product

Once you have obtained an RMA number, you will then send the product, freight prepaid, back to JMI. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product to JMI without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, or if you fail to follow any of the JMI return guidelines, the product will be returned to you unopened and your return/refund will not be processed. This includes ‘just shipping the product back to us’ without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery. JMI does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery to JMI is provided. Product shipped to JMI must be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit. Shipping your product back to JMI using regular mailing envelopes is not acceptable, as they do not protect the product from damage during shipping.

Upon receipt and final inspection of the returned product (to ensure product is not damaged or incomplete), JMI will issue the refund. In the event the product returned to JMI is either damaged or incomplete, JMI has the right to issue a partial refund based on the product condition.

United States and Canada orders are shipped UPS. A tracking number will be sent to you via email.

For orders outside of the United States and Canada, orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service) with no tracking number.
